Privacy policy
Effective July 4, 2026 · PhotoLib Media ("we", "us")
What we collect
Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate readership analytics (page views, referrers, approximate region). We do not build individual profiles and we do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies. One functional cookie remembers your cookie-notice choice. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the notice. No third-party ad cookies exist on this site.
Contact. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you send (name, email, message) and use it solely to reply. We don't add you to lists without explicit consent.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email with our mailing provider and use it only for the newsletter. Every issue includes one-click unsubscribe.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. We don't run ad networks. Affiliate links take you to vendor sites whose own privacy policies then apply — the click itself passes no personal data from us beyond standard referrer information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold (in practice: contact-form emails and newsletter subscriptions) by writing to us via the contact page. We respond within 30 days. EU/EEA and UK visitors have the rights described in the GDPR; California residents, those in the CCPA.
Data retention & security
Correspondence is kept while relevant, then deleted. Newsletter data persists until you unsubscribe. The site is served over HTTPS; we hold no payment data of any kind.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be dated at the top of this page.
